We have NO uniform policy! EXCEPT making sure your rashguard & shorts are CLEAN!

We pride ourselves on being very laidback. Except when it comes to hygiene. Failing to maintain a respectable level of cleanliness will see you REFUSED ENTRY to the class!

Nails must be trimmed! Open cuts must be covered! Footwear must be worn at all times when not on the mat and any possible skin infections MUST be presented to the coach before joining the class! Failing to do so may result in a PERMANENT BAN!
